Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Cancellation policies for reservations other than AP or EPP reservations vary by hotel.  To confirm the cancellation policy, please review the hotel’s policies page or contact the hotel directly. If you cancel such a reservation after the designated time, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Reservations are based on availability.
